Just the beginning.
I'm so excited! I received my notification of being excepted into Up with People: July 2009 in early December. I can hardly believe it!
7 months and counting til my departure.
I currently have no idea where I will be headed or what benefiting acts we will be doing.
So, I'm waiting patiently for the call from my counselor to bear the exciting news!
Right now, I barely have time to breathe with all of these efforts to get this show on the road.
We're busy making crafts, setting up bank accounts, filling out letters, talking to the newspaper (school and local) and anything else we can think of.
[P.S. Any ideas? Let me know.]

It will be a crazy experience just raising the money in itself.
I plan to continue with this blog throughout my whole trip as well.
